Royal Black Limo LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use, possession, or influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any intoxicating substances by its drivers, employees, or contractors while operating a vehicle or providing transportation-for-hire services.
Policy Statement
•No driver or operator may consume, possess, or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances while on duty or operating a company-approved vehicle.
•This policy applies at all times during service, including while waiting for passengers, transporting passengers, or operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Enforcement
•Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include suspension or permanent termination.
•Violations may also be reported to the City of Dallas Transportation Regulation Division, as required by law.

Passenger Complaints
Passengers may report concerns or complaints regarding transportation-for-hire services by dialing 3-1-1 within the City of Dallas or by using the City of Dallas 311 system.
