Terms and Conditions:

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused for duration of the rental by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • Royal Black Limo LLC reserve the right to upgrade passengers to SUV’s.
  • Transfers additional stop will be charge stop charge plus $4.00-$5.00 a mile.
  • It is Illegal to stand during moving.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
  • Delay Over 15 minutes will Be compensate for up to 10% of the ride.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 10% of the ride
  • Cancellations require at least a (4) hour notice (airport rides). There is a 96 hours cancellation notice required for hourly reservations.
  • late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the minimum applicable rate.
  • Our maximum Liability will not exceed fare paid
  • On Hourly service -There is an $100.00 NON refundable Deposit (airport sedan are exempt) $200.00 on Proms and special events.
  • In the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and we only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  • Tips are optional. 20% Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel , 25% will be added on Barter or Promo Sales

Company’s zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances

·         Policy statement

ROYAL BLACK LIMO LLC will enforce zero tolerance for employees whose ability to work is impaired by the consumption of alcohol or non-prescription drugs on company property or during work time.

·         Prohibited substances.

ROYAL BLACK LIMO LLC prohibits the possession, use, consumption, distribution, or sale of alcohol and/or controlled/illegal substances in the workplace.

·         Prohibited actions.

ROYAL BLACK LIMO LLC prohibits employees from using, possessing, buying, selling, manufacturing, or dispensing an illegal drug, including possession of drug paraphernalia.

·         Prohibited reporting.

ROYAL BLACK LIMO LLC prohibits employees from reporting to work when unfit due to alcohol or drugs.

·         Prohibited supplying.

ROYAL BLACK LIMO LLC prohibits employees from supplying others with illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace.

·         Positive test result

A positive test result for any amount of alcohol or illegal substance will result in immediate termination.
